Every effort is made to ensure that the information contained within our websites is accurate and current. However Boston Fitness will not be held liable for any errors or omissions and hold the right to change our prices without notice.

Occasionally, product specifications and colours can change. Should this occur , we will make every effort to inform the customer and offer a similar or better product in replacement.

All products are subject to availability. Images on the Boston Fitness websites are meant for illustration purposes only and aim to provide a guide of what the product will look like when delivered or in such cases where it applies, assembled.

Some products are delivered flat packed and may require some assembly. Boston Fitness reminds customers that the use of exercise and or fitness products and equipment should only be undertaken after consultation with a doctor.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund prior at any time before the order has been shipped. However should a customer wish to cancel their order after it has been dispatched, the customer is liable for any delivery costs incurred by Boston Fitness.

By law, customers in the UK have a statuary right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel their order (prior to shipment) for any item purchased on the Boston Fitness website or over the telephone, to a full refund. In addition, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an order within a seven working days ‘cooling off period’ after delivery of an item. Items must be returned to Boston Fitness at the customers expense in their original packaging and in perfect ‘saleable order. Boston Fitness reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item need to be reduced in price for resale. A full refund minus any delivery and installation costs incurred by Boston Fitness will be given.

We regret that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept order cancellations of certain products where the products have been unsealed. Such products include chest type heart rate monitors.

In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you will require a Returns Reference Code and authorisation from a member of Boston Fitness Staff. To obtain this, simply email returns to (EMAILADDRESS?????) and you will receive a reply with a Returns Reference Code which you will need to quote on all subsequent correspondence. We will review and where appropriate authorise your query and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product returned. Returns will only be accepted with a valid Returns Reference Code and prior approval from Boston Fitness.

Any promotional items received when purchasing the goods that are to be returned must also be returned or paid for in full

We recommend using a registered service when returning any items to us. Please note any customer who refuses to accept deliver of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition the customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by Boston Fitness.

Delivery

Delivery Time.
Our standard delivery time for all products is 14 days. - please refer to our website for product specific delivery details.

Every effort will be made to adhere to the delivery requests. For items being delivered and or installed by Boston Fitness directly we will endeavour to adhere to specific agreed delivery time slots but cannot guarantee these. Boston Fitness will not accept any claim for compensation arising from late or missed delivery.

Customers will be required to pay a second delivery charge in cases where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address which has resulted in a return of and order.

Standard deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday.

Any shortages or damage MUST be reported to Boston Fitness by the next working day from signing. Neither Boston Fitness nor the carrier can be held responsible for damages if you do not note them on your delivery note.

Please note that absolutely no unauthorised returns will be accepted.
Should you wish to exchange and item for a different size please note that there may be a carriage charge for sending out the goods again. Please contact us for a quote.

Delivery and cost stated are for orders placed in Mainland UK - delivery to outside of the Mainland UK is possible at additional cost. Boston Fitness is able to ship most of the products featured on this site anywhere in the world. Prices vary by product and shipping destination. For queries please email.
